I think my favorite cookies are nutella cookies. I made some for the first time not to long ago. They turned out great.
For these cookies you’re going to need to gather up the ingredients . So you will need
- 2 1/2 Cups of Flour
- 1/4 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of butter at room temperature
- 3/4 cups of Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cups of White Sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbs Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup of Nutella
- Powdered Sugar(optional)
The first thing you need to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit . Now that you’re ovens heating up whisk together your flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set that aside. Next you’re going to want to cream the butter with both the brown and white sugar until it’s smooth. Then mix in the eggs, and after that the vanilla and Nutella. Once that’s all mixed together add your flour mixture, probably about a third at a time. Now suggest stirring it in with a whisk before turning your mixer on, to contain the mess of flour that goes everywhere from the mixer.
Once it’s all mixed in, with a tablespoon, drop the cookie dough on to a greased cookie sheet, and bake for about 12-15 minutes. Once they’re done you can Sprinkle a little bit of powdered sugar on top. (It didn’t do much to the taste but it looked pretty)
These cookies go great with hot chocolate.
