Galaxy Nails

I used:  Aurora Gel Effects inky dinky, Brodway nails in Black, Broadway nails in a shimmery purple, Broadway nails Easter Annie, Wet n wild in French white créme, and an OPI top coat

I started with a dark purple as a base coat.  When that was dry I took a cosmetic makeup wedge sponge, and sponged the shimmery purple in a diagonal line, then the black on the edges diagonally.  After that I sponged on the white, then the light purple around the white.  After that I sponged more of the shimmery purple above and below the light purple, and then adding more black to the edges. After that was done I took a clear glittery nail polish and painted over the purples.  Then I added white dots to look like little stars (which I think should be skipped, as I don’t think they look like stars). Once it was dry I put on clear top coat.

I’ve also done this with shades of blue, but I think I like the purples better..

That’s sweet. You should get the nail license. I think in Michigan you don’t have to the whole cosmetology thing (you can thank the Asian ladies for pioneering that). I’m pretty sure you can just get a nail license. You’re really good with nails. I like your work!

    • I don’t think you ever did… You do however have to take the test to get licensed. I considered taking the classes when tiff was doing her school

  • They look amazing you should post more Beauty themed blogs <3
