Product Review: Hask Dry Hair Shampoo

Hey guys,

I feel like it’s been forever since I’d sat down to write. I’m not gonna lie it’s a lot easier to sit down in my room and turn on my camera and film myself putting on my makeup which I’m going to be wearing anyway.  Although editing the videos and trying to make it look like I know what I am doing is not as easy as easy as I thought it would be.  Any way I’ve recently try a new product that I have to tell you about.

Hask Dry Hair Shampoo

We decided to go Black Friday shopping, and since we were leaving at 4 am I had to take my shower Thursday night.  Knowing it was going to be a very long and very stressful day the last thing I needed to worry about is my hair getting oily and looking dirty.  And what’s the best solution to oily hair and no time to shower?  Yep Dry Hair Shampoo!

I have a hard time with dry hair shampoo. I’d tried a few but they never seemed to be able to absorbe the oils, but instead made it look worse. Batiste Dry Hair Shampoo worked really well. Except the powder would build up and irritate my scalp. Then I tried Hask Dry Hair Shampoo.

It’s amazing!  It quickly and easily absorbs all of the oil with out any build up.  So I didn’t spend the day picking powder out of my hair.  Not only did it combat the oil, but it helped so much with the static. It does have that aerosol hair spray smell so I don’t reccomend trying it in a tiny closed space.

Hask’s uses rice starch and Charcol powder, to absorb oil and sweat.  It’s lightweight too so it won’t weigh your hair down. It is also It’s perfect for after the gym, or in between work and evening plans, you just spray it a couple of inches away from your roots, rub it in and your hair is fresh and ready to go.  And I’m not going to lie, if you tend to over-sleep this could be your best friend.  It’s definitely saved me once or twice this month.  My favorite thing is it seemed to help calm some of the static that builds up in my hair.

It is free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, I don’t know what any of those are, but my hair does not like them- gluten, and artificial colors. It’s just a great way to extend your hair styles, and helps with the little bit of self-consciousness caused by oily hair. Although that might just be my own insecurities.  Any product that helps battle insecurities no matter how silly you think they are is amazing.

Do you use Dry hair shampoo? What is you’re day saving product?
