Product review:Smart Stuff*

In the summer, sunscreen is the most important beauty product out there.  The U.V. rays can cause so much damage to our skin.   U.V.A 1&2 rays dry it out, ages it, and can cause cancer.  While the U.V.B rays cause sunburn

I’ve recently started noticing a big difference in my skin from natural products, and generic mainstream products.  I recently received Smart Sense Sunscreen.  Just in time for our family camping

I’m never without sunscreen, I have the continuous spray in spf 50, 15, and 4. I also have the lotions in 25, and 15(because the continuous spray is not meant to be sprayed in the face). Now I can add smart sense to my collection as well

Ok, so my favorite summer scent is sunscreen.  I don’t know what it is about it but I love it. Unfortunately this one is unscented, which actually might be more preferable by most people.  For the best results you should apply it 30 minutes before sun exposure to allow your skin to absorb it.  Then reapply every 40 minutes of swimming and sweating (after drying off first), or every 2 hours.

SPF 30 will protect you the same no matter what brand your screen is.  What makes this sunscreen special is the formula.  This is a mineral based sunscreen, so there are no synthetic chemical sun filters, no parabens, PABA, or petroleum.

You know how sometimes after applying sunscreen then go in the lake you can see it running off in to the water? Well the best part of this sunscreen is that it’s Eco-friendly, bio-degradable, and reef safe.

So no harmful chemicals on/in your body, and non in out waters!

Head over to Smart Stuff’s website for more information.

So Pros:

  • Environmentally safe
  • Paraben free
  • No harmful chemicals

  • Unscented
