I am not a materialistic person. But we all have those things that we just can’t live with out. Here are My top 5.
Go ahead and laugh all you want but much like a toddler I can’t sleep with out my blankets. I think the worst part about this is that they’re not even blankets from when I was a child, I was in my 20’s when I got them. One is a knitted one I bought because I liked the colors and the other just has to be a fleece tied one. I have like 5 of those and yes they’re all on my bed. I sleep with 6 blankets. I only bring the knitted one and one of the fleece ones anytime I go over night somewhere.
I’m not entirely proud of this but I am kind of attatched to my iPad. It’s how I watch Netflix, read books, write blog posts and keep up with YouTube videos I like. I don’t like the idea of being attached to a piece of technology but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t need it.
I bring shampoo and conditioner whenever I am going away over night. I however did not bring it with me to my sisters about a week ago. I had to use hers. My hair is still mad at me. My skin is very sensitive, my scalp included. After I’d used it the whole day my hair was so full static. It was unbareable. I thought that my past complaints were a bit dramatic but it’s not.
I can’t say for sure that these work. I will say that the orange glow they give off is soothing and provides enough light for someone who… lets say is afraid of the dark to be able to sleep with the lights off. I did notice that once the light burnt out I was not sleeping as well as I do when it’s on. I was so tired that week.
Ok this is weird but if there’s any bit of clothing that I’m going to wear it’s going to be socks. They’re not going to match either. I mean obviously I’m not going to go around naked just in my socks but I’m going to have them on. Also I find it very odd to be inside someone else’s house with out socks on. But that’s probably just me.
